2025 Club Development Officer - Karl Bennett

Karl has been coaching for 20 years at Leichhardt FC (between junior & senior grades), highlighted by guiding the FQPL Men’s team to 3 consecutive Grand Finals in 2021-23, with back-to-back victories in 2022 and 2023. He was also in charge as the team qualified through to the regional final of the FQPL Champions League in 2023 and was named FQPL Far North & Gulf Men Coach of the Year in 2023.

His experience and knowledge of the club are now being used across all senior teams with a remit of helping the next group of coaches and players be successful and live up to the history & values of the club.
