Leichhardt Football Club Cairns, as part of the 2026 Cairns Italian Festival, is proud to host this year’s Moriconi–Bomben Cup at our White Rock grounds on Saturday, 1 August. The fixtures alternates annually between the Leichhardt Lions and the Mareeba Bulls, celebrating our shared Italian heritage and honouring the contributions of Alf Moriconi and John Bomben to football in Far North Queensland.

To mark the occasion, we have a limited number of replica Kappa jerseys available for purchase. The jerseys utilise high‑quality fabric and feature a paneled body construction for an exceptional fit.
